Judah's turn

Judah is our family clown. He loves to be sassy and get people to laugh. Best of all to him is catching someone off-guard and saying something that they would never expect. Now I have shared previously how this has thoroughly embarrassed me when he has made comments about Tim's underwear for example. This was another of these occasions -- however at least this time it was contained home :)

Gabrielle has been watching a lot of animals this summer for neighbors/friends. She was watching a house about a mile away, feeding animals, etc. She headed out for the morning feeding on Saturday and Judah asked if he could go also -- Tim told him yes so Gabrielle, Elijah and Judah rode their bikes over to the neighbors (about a mile each way)

When they got over there they found the neighbor's dad had stopped in to check on things and make sure all was okay. Gabrielle had already met him so they chatted for a bit.

I was starting to get worried; they had been gone for over an hour and had forgotten their phone. Just about the time we were ready to go looking, they came down the hill on their bikes. Tim was talking to the kids to make sure everything was okay. Gabrielle said, yes, no problem, just met with Tom and we chatted a bit. Tim questioned Judah as is our habit -- were you behaving? Were you polite ? All those typical parent questions........ Judah responded yes all had gone well.

Tim further inquires -- did Mr. Tom like you? Judah's quick response..... Nope. He hated me (pause and a grin the size of NY) and he hates you too! Then he giggles and walks off.

Tim couldn't stop laughing.
