Judah.....

This kid just keeps me laughing. Today he has been on a roll........

Let's see he started when Tim and the boys were reading. Tim was reading aloud to them a Calvin and Hobbes book. The boys are laughing as they listen to all of Calvin's escapades. Tim finishes one strip and Judah says - DAD, can you push the pause button??? Tim is a little puzzled and says, what? Judah says I need to go to the bathroom can you push the pause button and wait for me to come back?

This afternoon he is following me through the great room distressed about something and Tim gives him a wisecrack response. I responded to Tim with a "honey......" and Tim replied to me - well what else should I have said. Judah VERY seriously says to him - this is a good time not to say anything at all! (out of the mouth of babes??)

Tonight we had a Bunko party with some friends. We had a blast but that is off the subject at hand I guess. While we are doing our gift exchange at the end Judah slinks under the tree and comes around the tables where we are finishing up dressed in a spider man mask, a cape - the works! I don't know who he was setting out to be - it was a mish-mash of several different characters but he was done up. I snag him as he goes by, lift up his mask and inform him that I don't want him running around upstairs right now, he needs to be downstairs, AND I don't want him under the tree. His response was, Mom..... you took off my mask. The more serious crime in his mind was that I unveiled his secret identity. Great......... just what I need a "stupendous man" in the house (Calvin and Hobbes must read for that information :) )
