Lots of happenings around our house the last couple of weeks.
The boys are headed out this weekend to Race for the Sky -- an annual dog sled race that runs through the state of Montana. The Boy Scouts usually help with parking and things to help the event run smoothly.
Gabrielle and I are furiously sewing away to be ready for our FIRST ConfiDance Regalia. Gabrielle did a fabulous job on her dress -- the first dress that she has ever made. I will definitely post pictures when we get to that point.
I still have my dress to work on -- we have the boys (Tim's also) vests done and are working on period-attire shirts. Josiah and Tim wanted coats with tails and the whole deal but I am getting a little freaked out about the time closing in on me. Might have to do jackets next time around.
Mostly life is plugging away --- no bites on the house yet but have had some showings (hurray!) The weather has warmed up and it feels like spring (WAY too early but that it is another story)
The kids have been skiing twice in the last couple weeks and are scheduled to go again on Friday. They LOVE to ski and actually are getting pretty good. I love to watch them learning and enjoying lots of things. Hopefully they will be able to get in their last two ski dates with the weather warming so rapidly.
Biggest news for our family is that we have found out we are expecting!!!
Baby Walker #7 is scheduled to arrive in mid to late September. I am feeling very well. I am blessed to have never been morning sick. A little more tired than normal, but otherwise still my typical self. I see the doc for the first time the first week of March.
The kids are ecstatic and already have a growing list of what they think would be the "perfect" names.
I am blessed.
Have a marvelous spring day!
