Bekah-boo turned two years old on Wednesday. It does NOT seem possible that our baby is two, except for her ornery streak which DEFINITELY coincides with the two-year old typical behaviors. I woke up to find that we had a power-out in the night and I lost all the work I had done on the computer for my taxes -- AAGH!
Bekah started the day very well; she was going around saying "happy-happy". Unfortunately, about half an hour after she got up she started vomiting. I followed about four hours later. We spent the day in bed, miserable. Poor baby on her birthday. BLECH!
Tim ran the house, got dinner, and the rest of my responsibilities. Gabrielle was fabulous and kept things together beautifully, making sure that the kitchen/laundry and other messes were kept up.
Thankfully it was fast and furious. Bekah and I felt much improved yesterday and we celebrated her birthday with cake yesterday. Two years has flown by!!! Doesn't seem possible!
