Timmer Update

Well......... the swelling in Timmer's hand increased rapidly so by yesterday afternoon his hand looked like a collection of Bratwurst sausages. He went to the doc's office (but Dr. Dave was out yesterday) They called Dr. on the phone and Tim got wrapped up and sent to Occupational Therapy for a pressure sleeve and a glove that fits like an Isotoner but is made out some sort of very tight spandex material (without the very end of the fingers)

Looks much better this morning. He sees Dr. Dave this afternoon. He is not supposed to do any PT for another five weeks or so but they are really encouraging him to get that hand moving to reduce the swelling. He is still having a lot of pain in his wrist on the outside of his hand.

We'll see what Dr. thinks later today. Would appreciate your prayers.
