My little Bekah turns three today!!! Time goes by so fast! She continues to be a firecracker. She thinks the world should revolve around her in every sense.
She is LOVING the baby poultry. She called them her babies since we got them yesterday and gave the poor clerk at Murdoch's a tongue lashing because he picked up HER babies to carry them out for me. She thought he was taking them away and was quite upset.
Gabrielle adores her and she thinks her Belle is the best. Last night, she was supposed to be going to sleep -- but Gabrielle went in the other room for a drink and Bekah will almost never go to sleep without Gabrielle settled in for the night also --- she hooted at her, imitating the notes of a whistle and said GABE-EEE-ELLE!!!! I had to laugh to myself as I heard the two of them interacting. Gabrielle is a great big sister.
When Bekah woke up this morning I went in and snugged her and said Happy Birthday Baby Girl!!!
She rolled over, looked up at me and with ALL seriousness said - I WANT CAKE completely matter-of-fact.
I am a mean mom -- I told her she would have to be content with breakfast.
